Anthony Ray Vaughn was born on April 8, 1985, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Vernon Ray Vaughn and Donna Kay Lewis. Anthony entered into eternal rest on February 21, 2026. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Ray Vaughn, and his brother, Bobby Ray Vaughn. During his time here on earth, Anthony touched the hearts of many people.
